Who We Are

Our website address is https://gulfcoastfieldservices.com.

Vendor Applications

When a contractor or field-service professional submits the Become a Vendor form, we collect the information provided in that form, including contact name, company name, phone number, email address, mailing address, trades and services offered, service area, license number and expiration date, insurance information, crew size, years in business, and any additional details submitted.

If you upload documents such as a contractor license, certificate of insurance, W9, or other credentials, those files are stored securely and are accessible only to Gulf Coast Field Services staff for the purpose of reviewing and verifying vendor qualifications. We also automatically log the IP address and browser information associated with form submissions to help detect spam and fraudulent entries.

How We Use Vendor Information

Information submitted through the vendor application is used to evaluate companies and individuals for potential field-service assignments, and to maintain an internal record of qualified vendors by trade, service area, license status, and insurance status. We do not sell or share vendor information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who We Share Your Data With

Vendor and contact information may be processed by the third-party services we use to operate this website and manage communications, including our web hosting provider, form processing software, and email service. These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Vendor application information, including uploaded documents, is retained for as long as needed to evaluate qualifications and consider a vendor for current or future assignments. If a vendor’s license or insurance information becomes outdated, we may retain the record while requesting updated documentation, or mark the vendor inactive.
